Theft from Motor Vehicle - Petersfield

Sometime between 0730 hours and 1910 hours on 07/01/2020 there has been a Theft from Motor Vehicle in the Frenchmans Road area of Petersfield. Unknown person/s have stolen both the front and rear number plates of a parked unattended vehicle.
This type of crime enables those responsible to commit other offences using the stolen number plates in order to evade detection, therefore, it is imperative that any number plate theft is reported to the Police immediately.
Please ensure that your property is kept locked and secure at all times.

Please ensure you are vigilant at all times, calling Police to report any suspicious activity, not just around your own property but anything suspicious in your residential area and community. In an emergency use 999 or 101 for non-emergency.
