Join our private and confidential domestic abuse question and answer session today

Alert message sent 18/12/2020 09:41:00

Information sent on behalf of Hampshire Constabulary

We would like to invite our residents to join a private and confidential question and answer session focusing on domestic abuse on Friday 18th December between 4.30 and 6.30pm.

Portsmouth neighbourhood officer Emma and police community support officer Chloe will be on hand from 4.30 to 6.30pm today answering any questions you may have about domestic abuse.

If you have a question for them, send it in via Facebook Messenger and they will get back to you privately and confidentially. If you don't have access to Facebook, send a reply to this alert and we can ask the question for you. All questions will be treated in the strictest confidence.

We know that there are individuals and children that will continue to suffer from the impact of domestic abuse during the government restrictions.

This is worse during a period behind closed doors where contact with other people like friends and family is restricted.

We will be closely monitoring our direct messages at the times stated above. If you have a question please get in touch and we can answer them for you in private and confidentially.

Anyone who is facing abuse or harm should call 999. If you’re not in a position to speak press 55 and our controllers will know what to do.

We are there for you, please call us if you need us in an emergency.
