I need Police assistance… who should I contact? We are often out on patrol, or responding to emergencies and we also have a shift pattern, so there are times when we may not pick up emails or be in a position to respond immediately. As a result of this please do not use emails to report a crime or incident to us please use 101 or the online facility, which will allow your call to go through a triage system, but also ensure it can be placed with the most appropriate team on duty at that time. You can also use Basingstoke.Rural.Police@hampshire.pnn.police.uk to contact us.

We look forward to continuing our work, tackling crime and offending and looking after our people within the Basingstoke and Deane Rural community.
