Getting Back Your Bikes

Alert message sent 12/02/2020 11:24:00

Information sent on behalf of Hampshire Constabulary

Two bikes, stolen in Gosport in November and later located in Gunwharf Quays, are now being reunited with their rightful owners. One was returned earlier this week and the second is being returned tomorrow. Only some hard work from PCSO Dawn Ayres, in conjunction with other agencies, made these recoveries possible.

If you own a bicycle, please make a note of the serial number. This is usually found stamped underneath the frame. Hopefully your bike will never be stolen. However, if it is, the serial number will be one of the first things we ask you for. It is also one of the first things we look for when we come across abandoned bikes.
