Incidents of Note
Hello Hayling Island!
Here are some incidents of note that Hampshire Constabulary have been dealing with throughout October 2019 on Hayling Island, including Burglaries, Criminal Damage, Theft, Drugs-related offences and Road Traffic offences.
If you have witnessed or have any information relating to any of these incidents please call 101 and give the reference number for the incident or reply to this message.
15/10/2019 – Ref 44190368777
A garage on St Thomas Avenue was accessed at some point between 08/10/2019 and 15/10/2019. Two electric bikes were stolen.
16/10/2019 - Ref 44190371045
Property accessed overnight on Station Road. A quantity of cash and jewellery was taken.
31/10/2019 – Ref 44190391336
Call received that a group of youths were heard damaging cars in Furniss Way at approximately 23:00hrs.
We are currently looking into reports of youths accessing Mill Rythe Holiday Village and causing damage late at night. Please call 101, ref 44190384979 with any information.
Traffic unit patrol on Havant Road stopped a vehicle showing no insurance. Vehicle was seized and penalty notice given to the driver.
