Do you recognise this man? (Photo in the below link) We would like to speak to him in connection with a reported vehicle-related incident in Hythe. During the incident, which occurred shortly before 11am on Tuesday 28 July, it’s reported that a pit bike was ridden in a dangerous and anti-social manner in the area of Elm Crescent. We believe the man in this image can help us with our investigation and would urge him, or anyone who knows his identity, to get in touch with us.
