The Waterlooville Neighbourhood Team, working in partnership with Wickes and DeterTech, will be supporting a FREE SmartWater tool‑marking event for local tradespeople.

What’s happening on the day?

• FREE SmartWater tool marking kits supplied by Wickes (normally retailing at £50)

• Tradespeople can mark and register their tools to themselves

• Marking is quick and simple – a van load of tools can be done in minutes

• When dry, the marking is completely invisible but permanently traceable

No booking required – simply attend any time between 09:00 and 13:00 on Thursday 7th May 2026

We strongly encourage all local tradespeople to take advantage of this opportunity and help reduce tool theft.
