Your Local Priorities in Yateley, Blackwater & Hawley

Good afternoon!

This afternoon we’ve met with our local councillors and discussed all things Yateley, Blackwater and Hawley.

As the Police and Community Together, we’ve agreed to focus on three key issues on our beat:

Continued patrols of nature areas including Yateley Green and Swan Lakes to deter and detect catapult use targeting wildlife;

Ongoing support of speeding concern in Blackwater & Hawley including recruiting Speedwatch volunteers and assisting the parish council with traffic control measures;

School Patrols during appropriate times to positively affect road safety for our young people.

You’ll see more from us in the coming weeks about these priorities and what we’re doing to promote them. We’ll make sure to let you know both here and on Hampshire Alert what we’re doing to keep our area safe to live, work and visit.
