Suspicious Incidents

Good Afternoon Resident,

I am writing this witness appeal to everyone living close to the areas identified below.

Where - Claremont Gardens, St Johns Avenue, Craigwell Road, Fir Copse Road, London Road, Cottonwood Close and Fielders Park

When -  Monday 5th January 2026 between approximately 12:25 hours and 13:35 hours

What happened - Yesterday afternoon we received several reports of an unknown person possibly tampering with vehicles and entering peoples back gardens before garden hopping.

Did you see or hear anything or anyone? Do you have any private CCTV, dash cam footage, or doorbell footage that may assist us?

If you see person/s hanging around homes, cars, sheds or garages - please call 101. If you see person/s trying door handles or trying to force entry - CALL 999 AT THE TIME - please give a description of the person/s including clothing as best you can and which direction they have gone - and were they on foot, bike or car?
