Please see below from West End Parish Council - 

Next Tuesday, the Utilita Bowl Liaison Panel meeting will take place from 7.00 pm in the Hampshire Suite at The Utilita Bowl, Botley Road, West End. If you have never attended before, here is some more information about the purpose of the meetings. We have also attached the meeting agenda. This is an open meeting that members of the public are welcome to attend.

The aim of the Liaison Panel is to promote a positive relationship between the Utilita Bowl and the local community. The Liaison Panel will enable the exchange of information and promote discussion on any matters that may have an impact on local residential amenity.  The Panel will receive reports and will comment and advise on the long-term development of the Utilita Bowl as a venue for first class cricket, recreation, and entertainment. The Panel will aim to meet annually and will provide an opportunity for public participation and questions at each of its meetings.
