Appeal for witnesses following assault in Havant

Officers investigating an assault in Havant are appealing for witness and information which could assist their investigation.

We received a report that between 10:40pm and 11:00pm on Wednesday 1 October, a man was followed from Badersley Gardens to St Claires Avenue by a man who was verbally aggressive and threatened him. The man then punched him, causing minor injuries.

The man has been described as follows:

Officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed this incident or has any relevant information, including CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage.
