Appeal for witnesses and information following Alton burglary

We are appealing for witnesses, information and footage following a reported burglary in Alton.

The incident occurred at a property on Lenten Street, Alton at some point between the morning of Friday 22 August and the afternoon of Sunday 24 August.

Entry was forced to the premises, with a glass window smashed.

As part of our investigation, we’d like to hear from anyone who witnessed anything of the burglary, or anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area at the time.

Also, do you have any footage, including doorbell camera, CCTV, mobile phone or dash cam, and do you know of anyone who has since been trying to sell jewellery or antiques?
