Appeal for witnesses and information following serious road traffic collision in Winchester

We are appealing for witnesses, information and footage following a road traffic collision in Winchester.

The incident, which happened at the junction of Tower Street and Sussex Street shortly after 4pm on Friday 8 August, involved a Honda CR-V and a pedestrian.

The pedestrian suffered a fractured pelvis and shoulder blade as a result of the collision.

Officers have carried out extensive enquiries in a bid to establish the full circumstances of the incident, including speaking to the pedestrian and driver, but we would also like to hear from anyone who was in the area before, during or after the collision.
