CCTV images released as part of Totton attempted theft investigation

We would like to speak to them in connection with a report of attempted shoplifting from Asda, Maynard Road, Totton.

During the incident, which occurred shortly before 10am on Thursday 14 August, it’s reported that £60 worth of grocery items were not scanned at one of the self-service checkouts. The items were subsequently recovered by staff.

The man we’d like to speak to in connection with this incident is described as;

•    White
•    Slim build
•    Aged in his 60s
•    Grey and white hair
•    Balding
•    Wearing a navy blue T-shirt and shorts, white socks and black trainers

The woman we’d like to speak to in connection with this incident is described as;

•    White
•    Tanned skin
•    Light brown hair, tied up
•    Wearing striped clothing and trainers

We believe the man and woman in these images can help us with our investigation and would urge them, or anyone who knows their identity, to get in touch with us.
