Another bike has been taken off the road.  The young rider was travelling with a friend on a scrambler bike wearing no helmet. When police tried to stop them, the scrambler made off but despite his best efforts, this rider couldn’t find the speed to do the same.  He did try to hide on a strangers driveway but he was no match for #PCLewis!  Young people need to make sure they are insured or we will take their bikes or cars.
