Man charged after exposure incident at Stamshaw Park


A 60 year-old man has been charged following an exposure incident at Stamshaw Park in Portsmouth.

We received a report that between 12:30pm and 13:00pm on Wednesday 16 April, a man was seen exposing and inappropriately touching himself at Stamshaw Park football grounds on Newcomen Road.

Following an investigation by the Buckland & Nelson Neighbourhood Team, Mark Richard Phillips of no fixed abode in Fareham has been arrested and charged with an act of outraging public decency.

He appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates Court on Wednesday 30 April, where he has been remanded into custody to appear again on a date that has yet to be fixed.
