Good afternoon everyone,
Here is a rundown of some recent deployments that we have attended. We have had a range of incidents from drink drivers to lost children.
Over the last couple of weeks we have attended and arrested a 49 year old female from Ringwood for drink driving and having no insurance on her vehicle after repeated calls from the public. Her vehicle has also been seized.
Issued a community protection notice (CPN) to a male who repeatedly walks in the road and causes anti-social behaviour in Ringwood. This will provide us with greater powers going forward.
Attended a fail to stop road traffic collision where a driver was breathalysed and arrested for providing a specimen of breath above the legal limit.
Arrived on scene and with the help of the public located a lost 7 year old girl during a night of “trick or treating”.
Sent court dates to a 13 year old and his parents relating to two shop lifting offences in the Ringwood area.
Attended a serious assault of a young male in Fordingbridge where a 15 year old male was arrested for GBH.
To top the week off we located an injured swan on the B3347 after being called by passing motorists (no hot fuzz jokes please) and enabled some wild life experts to care for it.
We will be patrolling the fireworks events in Ringwood, Poulner School & Bransgore over the next few days so come and say hi if you see us!
