We are investigating reports of an indecent exposure incident in Liphook last week and are releasing an image of a man we’d like to speak to as part of enquiries.

On Monday 22 July, between 3:50pm and 4:05pm, a man is reported to have been seen touching himself inappropriately by the post box and phone box at The Square, before being challenged by a member of the public and running away. He is reported to have later returned to the same area.

We are keen to speak to the man in the attached CCTV image, or anyone who may know who he is, as he may be able to provide us with more information about the incident.
