We are sad to report that Volunteer Melanie has passed away. Butser NPT would like to thank Melanie for being a Speedwatch volunteer since 2010.Melanie was a member of the first ever Speedwatch team in Hampshire. She was known for her ability to remember all the details of a vehicle as it passed and in particular makes and models of motorbikes. A few members including Melanie received a 10 year certificate for volunteering and the whole team were recognised by the Superintendent of the roads policing unit for their longevity and dedication to Speedwatch.
